Yeah... so it's been like a year since I last wrote in here. I suck at keeping journals.
I've still been practicing with my Wacom tablet and I do think I'm getting better, both at my drawing in general and at using it. If you look through my gallery at some of my first colour sketches using my tablet (ie. Nino and the Viera Elementalist... my skills are kinda.... shoddy. But my more recent artwork is of a much higher quality. I'm not saying I'm great, I know I can't compare to some of the truly amazing artists whose work I follow on here, but I'm getter better. It just takes practice :)
Finding the time to practice though is another matter,

Okay, so it's been like 9 months or whatever since I last wrote in here and I haven't quite lived up to my promise... Yet!
So, I have uploaded one or two pieces since then. Some of the more recent ones I've done were playing around on my 3DS and the Colours! 3D app on there, which re-fueled my long desire to get a graphics tablet and start working on that.
And so I've just bought a Wacom Bamboo tablet and I'm starting to practice with it. I downloaded the trial of PaintTool Sai to use as well for the moment. I think first I'm gonna go over a couple pieces of old art and colour them using the Wacom until I get used to it before I work on tot

So, just had another mini upload splurge and put up some more pieces of art. A mixture this time though between my renditions of game/movie characters and pieces of original art of mine of some original characters I had floating through my head at the time. Each of my original characters has their own story that I plan to write at some point (when I finish university this summer and actually have the time), but I haven't gone into that here (although if people want to know I'd be happy to share) :)
